The device functions as an automated registration station combined with a high-precision license plate production unit, ensuring completely autonomous operation without the need for an onsite operator.
NUMBOX is engineered for installation in public spaces—shopping malls, administrative buildings, Citizen Service Centers (CSCs), and other high-traffic locations. The machine operates on a self-service basis: the user undergoes identification, selects a service, processes the payment, and receives a finished license plate within a single session—eliminating queues and staff interaction.

  • Storage Systems: Dedicated bins for blank plates and embossing dies (characters/digits).
  • Microprocessor-Controlled Hydraulic Press: For precision embossing.
  • Automated Feeding System: Transfers blanks and dies into the pressing zone.
  • Thermal Transfer Module: For high-quality coloring of embossed characters.
  • ID Reading System: Scans visual and radio-frequency (RFID) codes to identify the plate blank.
  • Robotic Manipulator: A high-precision arm that moves blanks between functional modules.
  • Secure Housing: Features AI-powered video monitoring of the production process and a built-in fire suppression system.
  • Optional Upgrades: Automatic thermal foil replacement, marking application module, and a dedicated bin for rejected/defective plates.
