      Purpose


      Designed for the continuous production of license plate blanks from aluminum coils, followed by retroreflective film lamination and high-precision blanking and stamping operations. The equipment ensures consistent product quality, high output, and waste minimization, making it an ideal solution for large-scale industrial manufacturing.


      The line operates in a fully automated mode — from the aluminum coil feeding stage to the formation and packaging of finished blanks. Featuring a modular architecture, it integrates seamlessly with accounting and control systems, including the Global License Plate System, allowing for adaptation to various national standards, government requirements, and the production of high-security license plates. The system is capable of manufacturing plates of any format.

  1. Aluminum Strip Feeding Zone Equipped with a rotary platform for simultaneous mounting of multiple coils, allowing for rapid material replacement without stopping production. Dimensions: 5500×1800×2000 mm; Power: 4 kW.
  2. Aluminum Strip Straightening Unit (Leveler) Removes internal stresses and ensures the flatness of the aluminum strip before processing. Dimensions: 1300×500×1000 mm; Power: 1 kW.
  3. Lamination Unit Ensures uniform application of retroreflective film with precise tension control. Dimensions: 2000×750×1300 mm; Power: 3 kW.
  4. Feeding Module Provides stable strip advancement to the press unit. Dimensions: 900×600×1100 mm; Power: 3 kW.
  5. Laser Marking Module (Optional) Used for applying security elements and identifiers (supports up to 6 lasers). Dimensions: 1400×600×1600 mm; Power: up to 1.5 kW.
  6. Strip Pre-heating Module (Optional) Improves film adhesion and prevents cracking during the stamping process. Dimensions: 900×600×1000 mm; Power: 2 kW.
  7. Computer Vision Module (Optional — NEW) Designed for automated quality control, ensuring the finished product complies with specific standards and detects defects in real-time.
  8. Blanking and Stamping Press Performs precise cutting, corner rounding, and rim profiling. Dimensions: 950×800×1800 mm; Power: 5.5 kW.
